CANCELLATION POLICY

Mayhem Beauty L.L.C. Cancellation Policy & Waiver At Mayhem Beauty L.L.C., each appointment is specially reserved to best serve all clients. To maintain a high level of service and respect all clients’ schedules as well as our stylists’ time, we require adherence to the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be subject to rescheduling, and the cancellation fee may apply. Attempts will be made to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible, but service time may be adjusted to avoid delays for other clients. Deposits Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied to the total cost of the scheduled service. Cancellation of appointments requiring a deposit with less than 24-hour notice or failure to appear for the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise determined by Mayhem Beauty L.L.C. at its sole discretion. Agreement By booking an appointment with Mayhem Beauty L.L.C., it is understood and agreed that the above cancellation policy is accepted in its entirety. Compliance ensures fair scheduling and allows us to deliver exceptional service to all clients. Mayhem Beauty L.L.C. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
